One of the best lines I heard on TV yesterday was during a news report on the second round of London bombings. I don't recall the station I was watching, nor the particular reporters talking, but the exchange went like this:
Reporter #1: "There is speculation that this might not be the work of terrorists, but of a copy cat, because of the smaller loads of the bombs."
Reporter #2: "I think if you are planting bombs on buses and trains, you are a terrorist, whether you are copying someone or not. "
